The 24/7 Hour Exercise
This is a campaign to realize the power of the breath and treating every breath like it's your last. Counting your breaths (inhale and exhale) and keeping focused on the number without losing count is great although if you do lose count you can just start back over. Visualize positive things or look at things that bring peace to you while you count.
